Not everything that looks fine, feels fine.
Work is being done.
Responsibilities are being met.
Nothing obvious is falling apart.
Yet, internally, something has shifted.
It might be a sense of pressure that’s harder to switch off.
It might be a feeling that you’re carrying more than you used to and new ways are needed.
Sometimes it’s less clear than that. Just a sense that things don’t feel quite right in the way they once did.
At other times, it’s more obvious.
Something has tipped and professional help is needed.
People come to this conversation from different places.
Some arrive with something quite defined.
Others aren’t sure how to describe it, beyond knowing that something isn’t right.
In this call, we start to make sense of all that.
Then I leave you to think carefully about what would be most helpful.
For some, that leads into therapy.
For others, coaching is the better fit.
Often, it becomes clear through the conversation itself.
You don’t need to decide that in advance.
What tends to matter more is a willingness to look at things honestly.
That’s when this conversation becomes useful.
If this is something you’ve been aware of, even quietly, for a while
or something that has become difficult to ignore more recently it’s probably worth exploring.
You don’t have to commit to anything beyond the call.
There are no sales tactics in the call. At the end, I will ask you if you want more information
then I will send you an email with my recommendation for the next steps.
From the outside, things can look exactly as they should.
