Assessment and Solution Session
60-minutes - £495.00
Expert perspective. Clear recommendations. A way forward.
Sometimes the difficulty is not a lack of effort or insight. It is being too close to the situation to see clearly what is happening, why it is continuing and what kind of support would be most useful.
The Assessment and Solution Session is a focused consultation for those who want an expert psychological perspective on a personal, professional or performance-related difficulty.
I will bring assesses the relevant psychological, behavioural and contextual factors, identify the patterns that may be maintaining the difficulty and help you make sense of what needs attention.
Further Information:

of support would be most appropriate

bigger picture
There is a desire for expert guidance before committing to further work

The purpose is to leave with more than a conversation. You will have a clearer
understanding of what may be happening and a considered route forward. -
After booking, you will receive a questionnaire to help us use the time well. It allows me to understand the issue in sufficient depth.
There is no obligation to continue working with me afterwards. If I believe another professional, service or form of support would be more appropriate, I will explain this clearly.
The session provides a focused psychological assessment and set of recommendations. It is not, by itself, a formal diagnostic assessment.

Stakeholder Involvement in Executive Coaching
Executive coaching engagements include two optional 30-minute Zoom calls with key stakeholders to help set and review coaching goals.
Involving stakeholders can be particularly valuable when expectations and boundaries are clearly defined from the outset. Where stakeholders are involved, a clear confidentiality agreement must be in place.
Any information shared with a stakeholder is agreed in advance with the coach.
Typically, updates focus on the coaching process such as themes, goals and progress against agreed objectives rather than personal content, unless the coachee has explicitly consented to wider disclosure.
This maintains psychological safety for the coachee while ensuring the organisation gains value from the coaching.
